By using SnapID, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Description of Service

SnapID is a mobile application that allows you to create ID and passport photos from your device. The app uses on-device AI to detect faces, remove backgrounds, and crop photos to standard document sizes.

2. Subscriptions

• SnapID offers auto-renewable subscriptions for premium features.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use SnapID only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that your ID photos meet the requirements of the issuing authority. SnapID does not guarantee acceptance of photos by any government agency or institution.

4. Disclaimer

SnapID is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy in photo formatting, we cannot guarantee that photos will be accepted by all authorities. We recommend verifying requirements with the relevant agency.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapID shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including rejected photos or missed deadlines.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in SnapID are owned by us. You retain full ownership of your photos.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
